Shipping Policy

At GBC Powersports, we always strive to provide our customers with a smooth and stress-free shopping experience. We understand the importance of reliable and efficient shipping services, which is why we have outlined our shipping policy below. Order Processing Time: If you place your order before 12:00 p.m. EST on a business day, we'll usually send it out on the same day. During the busiest times, shipping your order might be delayed to the next business day, but we'll always do our best to get it to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods: We work with FedEx to ensure your tires are delivered on time and with free standard shipping on all orders.

  • Our Standard Shipping option is available for your convenience, and the estimated delivery time is between 3-7 business days, depending on where you're located. As our products are large, each tire will arrive in a separate package, which might be delivered on different days. To ensure you can keep track of each package's progress, kindly refer to the master Tracking number provided.

Shipping Rates: We offer free shipping for orders delivered to any 48 contiguous states.

Order Tracking: Once we've shipped your order, we'll send you an email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its progress. You can quickly check the status of your delivery in real time by using the tracking number on the courier's website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments: If in the rare occasion, you receive a damaged item or your order is lost, don't worry! Just reach out to our friendly customer support team right away. We'll work closely with the courier to sort everything out and ensure you're completely happy with the outcome.

International Shipping: Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide international shipping services and can only ship items within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address after your order has already shipped, please contact our customer support team right away. We'll work with the carrier to request the change.

Please note that carriers usually impose a fee for address changes made during transit. Any additional charges will be billed to you before the change is completed.

Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us immediately. We will do our best to cancel it before it ships. However, once the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, we would be happy to assist you in initiating a product return.
